The aim of the research is to improve existing and develop new scientific and methodological approaches to assessing and analyzing the financial and economic activities of Ukrainian agricultural holdings, outlining promising areas for modeling the market position of agricultural holdings, taking into account their level of transparency and openness with the use of economic and mathematical tools. The paper considers the current state of functioning of Ukrainian agricultural holdings, analyzes their annual reports and determines the transparency of companies. Special attention is paid to the evaluation and analysis of indicators such as stock prices, EBITDA and net income of agricultural holdings. Based on the available statistical information, models of relationships between these indicators were built and analyzed.
