This year’s dedication to first-year students, on the initiative of the student trade union committee, was held by our students as part of a charity campaign dedicated to raising funds for the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the charity event “Dedication to Students”, held on September 29 in the courtyard of Prykarpattia University, students collected 110,000 hryvnias, which will be directed to the needs of the military units in which students and teachers of PNU are fighting. All funds were transferred to the Frankish Coordination Center #SaveUkraineNow(SUN).
We hold the “Consecration to Students” traditionally every year, as a rule, it is a party, getting to know each other and socializing, – says the organizer, head of the Professional Committee of Students and Postgraduate Students of PNU Nazariy Dyuk. – This year, we changed the format and gathered for a charitable cause – to support our armed forces and show that by joining our efforts, we can do a lot.”
Famous Ivano-Frankivsk DJs, musicians and bands performed at the festival. #SaveUkraineNow(SUN) noted that all funds will be used to purchase communications equipment for the military.
