The purpose of the study is to improve existing and develop new theoretical foundations and scientific and methodological approaches to solving the problem of forecasting monetary policy parameters. According to the goal, the following tasks were formulated and solved: the role and place of monetary policy and the central bank in achieving macroeconomic stabilization were described; analysis of existing classes of macroeconomic models aimed at analysis and forecasting of monetary policy parameters were provided; the methodology of modeling and forecasting of macroeconomic indicators, the dynamics of which determines the main parameters of monetary policy were formulated; the results of the structural model analysis and forecasting, and results of the neural network prediction were compared.
